I am halfway through the course and it is brilliant. Kim’s introduction to each exercise is really helpful and explains how to get the most out of each session.
They are the perfect length so easy to fit into a busy day and completing three sessions a week feels manageable.
I already feel like I am making progress and on track to being fitter and more toned!
